Return Policy Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If an item you order from rainforestwatersystems.com is damaged please call us immediately and request a return material authorization number (RMA#) using the following guidelines. To Return an Item 1. Repackage the item with all original packaging and accessories plus the invoice. Call customer Service and request a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without this number. Once you have the RMA #, write it on the package being returned. 2. A return label will be sent to you. Place the label on the box and take it to your local shipping center. 3. Once the item is received, our shipping department will inspect it and the appropriate credit will be issued for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
